天气：晚上雷阵雨
今天为“小天鹅精英计划”举行了第一场面试，我当然懒得去申请别的教室，所以直接借用了我们班的教室，哈哈。下午三点的时候还有校新闻网对BBS小天鹅站的采访，干脆一并在这个教室完成好了。
采访很简单，我介绍了小天鹅的前世今生，然后回答了一些关于站务工作的问题。我想，不久之后，这篇报到将出现在经贸大学的新闻网上，到时候我会转载过来的，嗯。
随后就是面试啦，呵呵。等了很久终于可以大张旗鼓地招募新站务了，真是开心。可不可以借用我的偶像Abraham Lincoln（Feb. 12, 1809 - Apr. 15, 1865）的话这么说呢，小天鹅是一个“BBS of the students, by the students, for the students”。
其实我一直更欣赏这句话的翻译，1863年11月19日林肯在盖茨堡（Gettysburg, Pennsylvania）的那篇演说词是：
Lincoln - Gettysburg Address
Four score and seven years ago our fathers brought forth on this continent, a new nation, conceived in Liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal.
Now we are engaged in a great civil war, testing whether that nation, or any nation so conceived and so dedicated, can long endure. We are met on a great battle-field of that war. We have come to dedicate a portion of that field, as a final resting place for those who here gave their lives that that nation might live. It is altogether fitting and proper that we should do this.
But, in a larger sense, we can not dedicate -- we can not consecrate -- we can not hallow -- this ground. The brave men, living and dead, who struggled here, have consecrated it, far above our poor power to add or detract. 那最后一句的翻译堪称经典：一个民有、民主、民享的政府将永远不会在地球上消失。
上面说了很多废话，但这里是我的日志，积累一些资料是情有可原的，呼呼。
我们来说说晚上的面试吧，在这里只想感谢大家的热情，因为这实在是出乎我的意料之外。我最开始还担心会不会冷场呢，呵呵。还想说一件有趣的事情，有面试者进来和我们聊天，然后他提到某次通过某人向大鱼借相机拍摄毕业照片，然后blah blah blah。我和Jimmy忍住，然后我问他，你认识大鱼不？他说我知道他，但还没跟他说过话哩。我和Jimmy再也忍不住了，开始暴笑。大家看，面试是不是很有趣？
尽管在面试的时候我们会笑嘻嘻，但我们会非常严肃地去对待每一位申请者，不管我们之前是不是认识。在这次面试过程中，我考虑的并非是和我的关系，而是申请者本人的性格。这一切都牵涉到小天鹅站的未来，而我们的小天鹅是一个公正，公开和公平的BBS：）
